Big Girl

I can't believe how the last few months have just been flying by. Ellie is already 5 months old! She is a sweet girl and she loves to smile and laugh. Besides being a happy girl, she loves to eat. And she can eat.

Sleepy Girl

Ellie was a little grumpy one Sunday night after church. While I was taking care of some things upstairs, Nathan was comforting Ellie. His freshly shaven face must have felt good...so good she decided to take a nap right against his face. Sweet.

Joselyn-ism

Joselyn says the funniest thing yet again.

The other morning I was laying in bed snuggling with the kids. Joselyn disappears and returns with a book she wanted me to read to her. Here's what happened next:

Joselyn: Mom, can you read this book to me?

Me: Why don't you read it to me instead?

Joselyn: I can't read. You know I'm not big enough.

Me: I don't think I'm big enough either.

Joselyn: Yes you are. How old are you mama?

Me: How old do you think I am?

Joselyn: I don't know...maybe 100?

Well, if that just doesn't boost ones self esteem...sorry I asked!
